Refund Policy

Our products leave our hands clear of defects.

However, if there is any problem with your order, such as damage in transit, please inform us within 7days as we will either replace the order, not process the transaction, or refund the total amount if it has been past.

Substitution Policy

Seasonal and regional conditions can sometimes affect the supply of our inventory of products. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitution with the best and most appropriate products available, whilst maintaining the full value of your order. When substitution necessary, the utmost care shall be taken to maintain and preserve the overall effect of the presentation of the products.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for any perfume from one of Julie Nelson’s collections to be created as they made to order only.
