What is the difference between a simple essential oil blend and a bespoke perfume made with essential oils?

A bespoke perfume is designed and created for the wearer and is unique to them and only them. It is a one of a kind creation and carries the essence of the wearer. Bespoke perfume have many layers to them, when designing and creating a bespoke perfume I take my clients on a journey. This experience is one that will forever stay with the wearer of such a perfume, they are perfumes with purpose.
When most people think of bespoke goods, they think evening gowns, suits, wedding gowns, high haute couture. However a bespoke perfume takes the world of bespoke to a completely new level.
To begin with, it costs a lot to find the right combination of essential oils and extracts to create a beautiful scent specific to you.
'Thomas Fontaine, a perfumer at Jean Patou said it can cost $30,000 to $50,000 to create a bespoke signature perfume.'
The most expensive aspect of designing and creating a bespoke perfume is the development of the formula.

Why do your perfumes cost more than some others I see for purchase?

My perfumes are created using the highest quality essential oils available the world over. It is essential to have beautiful botanicals that have a high vibration and exquisite aroma. I like to know where they come from and their story of evolution.
I have suppliers that are reliable, honest, hold the highest integrity with what they are supplying to their clients.

What is a botanical ingredient?

Simply it is a plant extract. There are a different ways in which to extract the essence of the plant to create a beautiful essential oil, co2 extract, absolute etc.

What does bespoke mean?

The modern use of the word bespoke means to be custom made exactly to a clients personal preference with absolutely no level of detail or expense spared.

How long does it take to create a bespoke perfume?

I like to say up to 8 months, this will vary from client to client and may take longer.

A 'signature' perfume is one that is chosen for my 4 collections to suit your specific needs, wants and aroma.

Can perfume have an affect on your mind, moods and emotions?

One word - YES! our sense of smell is our strongest sense. When we inhale any aroma it has a direct link to the brain. Your perfume can be used to set the intention of how you want to show up each day.

How do I create a perfume?

For me personally there is no one way to work with a client to create their custom perfume...it depends on who it is for and what style of perfume is desired. One important key; It is a journey, a beautiful experience for you.
With all formulations I include the science, the clients needs, the smell and the art - Astrology, Archetypes, Personality profiling for yourself and the botanicals, and more.
When creating a perfume collection this journey may begin with a story or theme or the scent may come first. It is an artistic evolution which ever way it starts
